•Prepare portfolio materials for client account review meetings and retrieve reports from multiple systems.
•Set up files with account documentation for existing or new clients (automatic payment, pledging securities, address changes, investment guidelines, fees, etc.).
•Order reports for portfolio managers or clients as requested.
•Communicate with clients and portfolio managers on client requests and ensure follow-up.
•Interact with partners administratively to relay information on client relationships or portfolios.
