Key Responsibilities

  • •Process requisitions and convert them into purchase orders, ensuring details are complete and accurate.
  • •Issue and track the progress of purchase orders, updating them as necessary.
  • •Address inquiries raised by vendors and business stakeholders related to purchasing transactions (e.g., requisitions, POs, catalogs, etc.).
  • •Analyze reports generated from purchasing systems to identify areas of noncompliance, process exceptions, and incomplete transactions.
  • •Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to business partners to increase compliance.
