Senior Manager – Project Management & Construction Management

Lead Boeing’s site execution for infrastructure and construction initiatives within the PACE organization, supporting the PACE Director in delivering facilities and capital projects. Drive integrated planning, disciplined project delivery, and performance against cost, schedule, and scope baselines. Oversee risk, change management, reporting dashboards, and contractor/supplier coordination while coaching mid-level managers. Partner with site leadership and business stakeholders to align execution with business priorities.
