Job Summary

Partner with Product Management leadership to streamline field operations and support Proof of Value execution across the customer lifecycle. Drive ideation and execution of product strategy for Zscaler platform services, focusing on ZIA and ZPA, while providing escalation support to large customers. Track and report deal status clearly to stakeholders, and act as a customer advocate by feeding insights from product evaluations back to product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Management leadership to streamline field operations and ensure Sales Engineers and Architects can execute Proof of Value stages.
•Support ideation and execution of product strategy for the Zscaler platform and core services (ZIA and ZPA).
•Coordinate with support leadership to provide timely assistance to large customers during escalations and deployment of Zscaler services.
•Report deal and business status clearly and succinctly to multiple stakeholders, including product and sales leadership.
•Engage with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from product evaluations and serve as a customer advocate.

Key Requirements

•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your domain.
•Experience managing a pre-sales team as a hands-on technical leader, or working as a Product Specialist or in outbound Product Management.
•Experience working in a platform company to help grow and sustain revenue.
•Deep understanding of SWG, ZTNA, proxies, firewalls, VPN, data path technologies, and authentication/identity protocols such as SAML and SCIM.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track engagement and activity using project management tools.
