•Drive a product-led approach to system and experience design, grounded in actual workflows and user outcomes.
•Evangelize best practices and emerging approaches to UX across teams and leadership.
•Shape how the organization approaches next-generation experiences, including AI-assisted and AI-generated interfaces, agent-driven workflows, and context-aware systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
•10+ years of experience in product design, including principal, staff, or equivalent senior roles
•Proven ability to influence and drive design direction across multiple products or platforms
•Strong systems thinking across end-to-end workflows, patterns, and architectures
•Experience working closely with engineering to deliver production-ready solutions
