Member of Technical Staff - Applied Research

Own foundational applied research at the intersection of agentic AI, reinforcement learning, simulation, and scalable oversight. Design rigorous experiments to shape how frontier agents are trained, evaluated, and improved—covering reward design, environment/state design, trajectory evaluation, and reasoning in long-horizon workflows. Partner closely with engineering to productionize research, build simulation and RL environments, publish and open source work, and help set standards for robust, high-quality agent environments.
