Job Summary

Lead P&L production and independent validation for Global Credit Trading desks within Global Markets Business Finance & Control. Own daily P&L delivery to front office and senior management, reconciling actual results to trader estimates with flash/variance analysis. Partner with front office, middle office, and finance/trade capture teams on position and balance sheet reconciliations, month-end controls, and operational risk remediation. Improve workflows and support UAT for system releases and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce and report daily P&L to front office and senior management for Global Credit Trading desks.
•Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates and provide flash/actual variance analysis.
•Perform front-to-back analysis and reconciliations from front office P&L and balance sheet to firm sub-ledgers.
•Execute month-end controls to ensure management vs financial P&L variances are within thresholds.
•Analyze traders’ risk positions and apply Greeks (Delta, Vega Gamma) versus daily market moves.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA /CFA /MBA from a Tier I/II institute.
•5+ years of experience in Global Markets with prior BF&C/BFC experience for more than 4 years (mandatory).
•Detailed knowledge of product control and financial markets.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite with expert knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Access/VBA advantageous).
•Strong communication, proactive self-starter mindset, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
