Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems.
  • •Repair and maintain facilities components and structures, including sprinkler and fire/life safety equipment.
  • •Maintain induction and air handling units and service mechanical/refrigeration and cooling systems, including filter changes and lubrication.
  • •Troubleshoot motorized equipment and control systems; identify when external service providers are needed.
  • •Use the computerized maintenance management system to create, track, and close work orders and respond to facility emergencies and closures safely.
