Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, meeting sustainable and digitalisation requirements.
  • •Act as an MEP lead engineer and key client contact for technical and commercial delivery of projects.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • •Develop in-house systems and workflows for automated design using Dynamo, Python or similar tools.
  • •Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors; prepare proposals and support winning new work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related), with an MEP qualification; post-graduate education desirable.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP, focused on sustainability and digitalisation.
  • •Experience delivering LEED-certified (or other) building certification projects and understanding building systems performance.
  • •Experience developing and/or implementing sustainability rating systems such as USGBC LEED, Mostadam, or Passive House.
  • •Proven track record leading sustainability programs, policies, and regulatory frameworks; experience across platforms including Revit, AMTECH, DIALUX, and ETAP.
