Job Summary

Lead engineering for Atos’ global ServiceNow CRM portfolio, designing and building next-generation CRM accelerators and intelligent, AI-driven customer workflows. You’ll develop CSM case and service request capabilities, configure scoped apps in ServiceNow Studio, implement REST/SOAP integrations, and support CMDB/CSDM service modeling. Partner with international product and architecture teams to shape GenAI/agentic AI capabilities and deliver upgrades, testing, and release activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across CRM/CSM, enterprise workflow modules, and custom applications.
•Develop and enhance CSM workflows such as case management, customer interaction management, omnichannel engagement, knowledge management, and customer self-service.
•Implement intelligent customer workflows using Now Assist GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and configuration elements like business rules, scripts, UI policies, catalogs, and integrations.
•Build and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
•Support platform activities including CMDB/CI lifecycle and CSDM-aligned service modeling, plus testing (unit testing, debugging) and upgrades/release management.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of ServiceNow platform development with expertise in CRM/CSM workflows, intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and AI-powered capabilities.
•Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or consulting environments.
•Strong understanding of customer service operations, digital customer engagement, and CRM workflow automation.
•Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub.
•Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules (ITSM/Service Catalog/HRSD/ITOM/custom apps) and implementing case management, customer lifecycle, omnichannel, and self-service workflows.
