Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate conventional and NC/CNC automatic chucking machines to perform machining operations (turning, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, threading, milling, deburring, and more).
  • •Position parts into chucks/fixtures, set speeds/feeds, start machining cycles, and remove finished parts while maintaining specified dimensions.
  • •Load castings and bar stock to support continuous equipment operation.
  • •Operate equipment for related tasks (e.g., weigh/count scale, annealing oven, hand/power tools) and assemble/pack/label products as required.
  • •Maintain records and work areas; perform minor TPM (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening) and administer 5-S while following safety regulations; assist with malfunctions and minor adjustments as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of previous work experience setting up drill press equipment and operating CNC.
