Job Summary

Build and manage full client relationships within the Key Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial advice to help clients improve financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and recommend investment and insurance solutions, while using internal centers of influence to grow a referral pipeline. Meet individual sales and activity goals, support branch operations, ensure compliance, and occasionally assist with teller transactions and branch huddles.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client solutions by assessing financial needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Deliver and refer appropriate investment and insurance products to support clients’ financial wellness goals.
•Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services (and competitors) to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation; support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA SIE, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
