  • •Own the cross-system data infrastructure layer for MongoDB’s next-generation Search and Vector Search capabilities with 6–18 month outcome scope.
  • •Define the technical roadmap for Atlas Search, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and aligning globally across engineering teams.
  • •Lead architecture and evolution of mongot and Mongo Management Service infrastructure, making durability, consistency, and scale decisions.
  • •Drive complex multi-team initiatives by building technical consensus, navigating ambiguity, and setting direction without a clear playbook.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical partner to leadership on roadmap and architecture, advising on engineering process and mentoring the team.

Key Requirements
