•Own the global relationship with Deloitte, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
•Develop and execute a joint business plan to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and market expansion
•Collaborate with regional sales, partner, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of partner strategy
•Identify and drive co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment between UiPath field teams and Deloitte practices
•Build and scale Deloitte’s automation capabilities across practices, including enablement and certifications

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS
•Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with GSIs, particularly Deloitte or similar firms
•Strong understanding of consulting business models and alliance structures
•Experience driving co-sell motions and influencing complex, matrixed organizations
•Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
