Support the merchandising team for seasonal assortments across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale in Cape Town. Own market intelligence and consumer insights, assist with assortment planning and product segmentation, manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities (including pricing architecture and launches), and analyze performance metrics to optimize stock and repeat orders. Prepare merchandising tools and reports, coordinate product storytelling and campaign execution, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and product development.
