Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs at the place of work, including coordinating with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development; establish operating policies and ensure execution.
  • •Oversee operational phases, contractor schedules, contract negotiation, and cost estimation; manage risk and legal documentation (agreements, leases, and contracts).
  • •Lead the operations team, ensure good relations with subordinates, and support development and satisfaction; manage staffing and daily opening/closing duties.
  • •Support and implement HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and oversight of construction projects to deliver on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
  • •ERP knowledge with functional SAP skills preferred.
