Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely project completion, financial performance, and highest customer satisfaction.
  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects by establishing schedules, parameters, and procedures to meet system objectives.
  • •Create estimates and proposals; enter projects, order parts/supplies, track parts, schedule labor (internally and with customers), review completion, and coordinate billing.
  • •Manage service projects from estimate through completion, including issuing purchase and work orders.
  • •Communicate with customers and stakeholders, qualify subcontractor proposals, address concerns with corrective action, and ensure safe work per Trane and OSHA policies.
