Service Project Manager

Lead end-to-end HVAC service projects, from estimating and proposal development through scheduling, parts ordering, billing coordination, and completion. Manage project financial performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and field support. Qualify subcontractor proposals, issue purchase and work orders, and maintain safe execution aligned with Trane and OSHA policies. Up to 50% travel to customer job sites.
