Job Summary

Value Engineer leading end-to-end value journeys for customers, translating business needs into AI-driven process mining use cases, framing ROBUST business cases, and driving adoption of the Celonis Platform. Partners with Sales and Delivery teams to deliver measurable ROI across Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain, with native Spanish leadership in customer workshops and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify & Frame Value (Win Accounts): Work with Sales to define account strategy and translate business needs into AI/process-mining use cases, building tailored business cases, demos, and Proof-of-Value projects to win new accounts
•Realize Value (Execute & Deliver Impact): Govern and drive execution of implementation plans; collaborate with delivery teams to ensure deployment of solutions (SaaS, Python, generative AI) and maximize ROI for senior leadership
•Scale Value (Grow Accounts): Drive account growth, adoption and renewals by embedding Celonis as a transformation platform; manage multidisciplinary account teams and align with Sales on expansion roadmaps; communicate results to CIO/C-level
•Lead customer workshops and executive presentations in Spanish; manage stakeholder interactions to ensure sponsorship and alignment
•Oversee project scopes and timelines within the account team and align with Sales to meet value realization milestones

Key Requirements

•+4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales and delivery projects, including defining AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping ML and generative AI solutions
•Domain/Industry Expertise across Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Services with ability to translate business needs into AI use cases
•Fundamentals of AI, data analytics and generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning); knowledge of Business Software/SaaS and Dashboards
•Knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools; SQL is a must
•Process Improvement and Value Realization experience; Project and Executive Stakeholder Management experience
