Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow quality, safety, and production standards and all applicable ISO 9000 policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • •Perform production duties as assigned by the Team Coach and Team Leader
  • •Set up workstation and assist in change over and Lean procedures
  • •Visually inspect work in process and finished product; check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
  • •Understand safe operation of all equipment and highlight concerns/opportunities for improvement
