  • •Define KPIs, ROI, and ethical benchmarks; integrate observability tools and dashboards to monitor AI performance, fairness, and compliance.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between AI squads and senior business stakeholders, presenting product vision and impact to executive leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7+ years of product management experience focused on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • •Proven success delivering enterprise AI platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience defining AI lifecycle and evaluation frameworks, strategic product planning, and agile portfolio management.
  • •Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, and agentic systems, including tools such as Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
