Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under the supervision of the Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Structures Manager on assessment and structural design activities.
  • •Prepare and self-check structural calculations, sketches, structural details, and reports to meet project requirements and relevant codes.
  • •Ensure designs are correctly interpreted and represented on drawings; provide drawings/sketches for own designs and support incorporation by technicians.
  • •Check, prepare, and review CAD drawings and shop drawings; perform quality design checks and incorporate Design Checker comments.
  • •Organize and coordinate technical documents, support project manager duties as directed, and carry out site inspections when instructed.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Civil Engineer recognized by the relevant licensure regulatory board.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in the design of multi-level residential, commercial and institutional projects.
  • •Experience designing reinforced and post-tensioned concrete as well as structural steelwork.
  • •Experience with structural design software including RAPT, RAM Concept, Microstran, and ETABS.
  • •Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Applications, with good English communication skills.
