Own and improve global benefits programs on the Total Rewards team by partnering with brokers and local vendors to run plan renewals, administer eligibility/enrollment/billing, and implement new benefits from business cases through launch. Coordinate complex benefits operations across multiple countries and employment models (PEO/EOR/entity arrangements), troubleshoot issues with internal partners, and translate utilization and cost data into recommendations for Benefits leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with global benefits broker and local vendors to lead plan renewals, oversee day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
•Lead end-to-end implementation of new and enhanced benefits programs, including business cases, vendor selection, configuration, testing, launch communications, and post-launch improvements.
•Administer assigned global benefits programs (eligibility, enrollment, billing, QA, and issue resolution) and improve enrollment accuracy and billing reconciliation.
•Partner with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and People Technology to support accurate reporting and compliance.
•Coordinate benefits operations across countries and employment models (PEO/EOR/entity arrangements), triage complex inquiries with HelpLab/People Operations, and use data to develop recommendations.

•Proven experience owning global benefits programs, including partnerships with international brokers and local vendors.
•Strong knowledge of core benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefits) and familiarity with multi-country environments, including PEO/EOR providers.
•Experience supporting benefits during country expansions and transitions.
•Experience using HRIS/benefits administration tools with strong attention to billing reconciliation, data entry, testing, and quality assurance.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, including using benefits utilization/cost/survey data and explaining complex benefits in accessible language.
