Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with global benefits broker and local vendors to lead plan renewals, oversee day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of new and enhanced benefits programs, including business cases, vendor selection, configuration, testing, launch communications, and post-launch improvements.
  • •Administer assigned global benefits programs (eligibility, enrollment, billing, QA, and issue resolution) and improve enrollment accuracy and billing reconciliation.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and People Technology to support accurate reporting and compliance.
  • •Coordinate benefits operations across countries and employment models (PEO/EOR/entity arrangements), triage complex inquiries with HelpLab/People Operations, and use data to develop recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning global benefits programs, including partnerships with international brokers and local vendors.
  • •Strong knowledge of core benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefits) and familiarity with multi-country environments, including PEO/EOR providers.
  • •Experience supporting benefits during country expansions and transitions.
  • •Experience using HRIS/benefits administration tools with strong attention to billing reconciliation, data entry, testing, and quality assurance.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, including using benefits utilization/cost/survey data and explaining complex benefits in accessible language.
