  • •Support nonconformance investigations by determining root cause, defining corrective actions, and verifying effectiveness.
  • •Monitor monthly quality performance metrics and drive defect reduction and continuous improvement using data analysis.
  • •Manage quality team activities, budget, and talent development; respond to quality goal questions and escalation for Non-Conformance Management Review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 6+ years of Quality Management experience in defense, aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing.
  • •6+ years of direct Quality Management supervisory experience in defense, aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing.
  • •Auditing experience aligned to ISO 9001:2015, plus experience managing First Article Inspection and PPAPs.
  • •Proficiency with Advanced Product Quality Processes including APQP and PFMEA (and related problem-solving methods like 8D/A3).
  • •Experience facilitating Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), dimensional inspection techniques, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
