Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for your region, ensuring no missed steps or handoff confusion.
  • •Process employment changes (role changes, promotions, transfers, leaves) accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain clean employee records and ensure compliance with local employment requirements.
  • •Surface process improvement opportunities with clear data: what’s breaking, how often, and what it costs.
  • •Collaborate with regional vendors, legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners to ensure lifecycle moments are executed reliably.
