Drive store sales goals by delivering an exceptional, guest-first ALO experience through genuine connection and product education. Build daily client relationships, resolve guest needs quickly, and help maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports and support action plans. Contribute to selling initiatives, product flow, visual merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures while maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
