Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end development of new F&B openings globally, from planning to operational implementation.
•Coordinate the full project lifecycle (concept definition, planning, timelines, operational readiness) for openings.
•Collaborate with internal teams (design, retail, marketing, procurement, finance, HR) and external partners to ensure proper project execution.
•Assist in defining F&B concepts, menus, equipment, layouts, uniforms, materials, and tableware; help shape business models for projects (direct vs indirect management).
•Monitor existing store performance through operational and financial data; propose corrective actions to realign with budgets.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in operations management in the hospitality or F&B sector.
•Project management skills with track record of managing new openings.
•Strong knowledge of financial analysis and F&B business models.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, budgeting, planning and reporting.
•Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel internationally.
