Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent business goals and objectives with Department of the Navy (Navy and Marine Corps) customers and stakeholders in the National Capital Region and at major DoN bases and facilities.
  • •Maintain close relationships with USN/USMC aviation stakeholders (strategy, requirements, planning, and programming) to develop solutions for future propulsion requirements with PWME program leads.
  • •Coordinate activities with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) and other Washington D.C. colleagues supporting Air Force, Navy/Marine Corps, joint program offices, and commercial/international programs.
  • •Serve as PWME liaison with RTX GGR and coordinate with them on achieving P&W priorities for U.S. Congress and relevant USG stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate communication for P&W executives and program managers with USG and industry leaders; support trade show engagements and cross-RTX trade show planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Active and transferable DoD security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Extensive U.S. Navy and/or Marine Corps Aviation experience and experience with the Department of War and other US Government Agencies.
  • •Knowledge of DoD Requirements, Acquisition, and PPBE processes.
  • •Strong communication, analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work cross-functionally with limited supervision.
