Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end change and business readiness approach for rolling out new telephony capabilities, including scoping, objectives, deliverables, and success measures.
  • •Produce clear, high-quality documentation (plans, risks, actions, decisions) and keep sponsors informed throughout project delivery.
  • •Operate within governance frameworks to track risks and issues, applying and sharing change management tools and best practices.
  • •Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual using agreed measures and feedback.
  • •Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives and work across Operations, Technology, Communications, and Training to embed and sustain capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading people-focused technology-enabled change, including delivery and adoption of new telephony capabilities.
  • •Strong track record embedding change across multiple functions, including stakeholder alignment, training, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and guide diverse teams.
  • •Ability to partner with technical and operational teams, constructively challenge delivery plans, and keep customer and colleague outcomes central.
  • •Ideally hold APMG Change Management (or similar) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
