Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify and mitigate account risks in technically complex environments; deliver advanced operational strategies and solutions to accelerate time-to-value through MongoDB deployments.
  • •Conduct Enterprise customer business reviews, analyzing technical health and risk and partnering with senior leaders to align on objectives and mutual success plans.
  • •Drive account strategy and portfolio execution to increase customer maturity, lifetime value, retention, and revenue realization; maintain forecast control and identify opportunities with presales teams.
  • •Maintain accurate internal systems as a single source of truth for customer insights and territory analysis; leverage AI fluency to improve customer engagement processes.
  • •Amplify the customer voice by influencing MongoDB’s product roadmap and coordinating across Sales, Product, Services, and Support; support team growth through interviewing, ramping, and peer coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, or Technical Account Management) for a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based product.
  • •4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and business outcomes across audiences from Developers to C-suite.
  • •Experience conducting comprehensive customer business reviews by translating technical health and risk into business-critical outcomes.
