Lead a district portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and business results. Develop high-performing store leadership teams, execute brand strategies, and drive profitability through sales, expense, and inventory goals. Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers, partner with corporate teams (Retail Operations, HR, Visual Merchandising), conduct store visits and audits, and maintain compliance across loss prevention, safety, and operational standards.
