Technical Engineering Manager – Robotics

Lead a multidisciplinary Robotic Hardware team building innovative hardware for Ocado’s automated warehouses. Drive development of current and next-generation robotic systems, including advanced end-of-arm tooling, from concept through to production. Provide hands-on technical direction, mentoring, and coaching while solving complex mechanical and mechatronic challenges. Collaborate closely with Product, Project, and Software teams, champion continuous improvement, and help create an engineering culture that supports recruitment and growth.
