Showroom Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for Ferguson’s Pittsburgh Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showroom, including showroom displays, the Clearance Center, and driving revenue growth and margin improvement. Supervise and develop a team of 6–10 associates, overseeing hiring, mentoring, training, and scheduling. Manage budgets and expenses, oversee customer traffic and product sales, resolve customer complaints, and represent Ferguson at local industry events.
