Job Summary

Drive customer success for a designated enterprise portfolio by managing the full lifecycle—onboarding, support, adoption, advocacy, and retention. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to improve customer lifecycle processes and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Use GenAI/LLM and/or cloud product experience to improve product adoption and account health, gather feedback to shape the product roadmap, and uphold customer success platform standards.
