DEVELOP.MINT 2026

Participate in a 3-day DEVELOP.MINT event connecting tech interests with consulting at Roland Berger. You’ll join workshops on consulting skills and the use of AI in consulting, attend networking sessions, and learn how the firm works with industry. During the event, you can secure an internship entry and go through the recruiting process on-site, supported by a pre-event application training and guidance through interview and case interview formats.
