Lead the architecture and development of Healthie’s new billing initiative, defining how billing systems scale for providers, patients, payments, reporting, and compliance. Build resilient full-stack features across a Ruby on Rails monolith, backend services, data models, GraphQL APIs, and React/TypeScript frontend experiences. Set technical direction, guide engineering decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver reliable, scalable digital healthcare billing.

•Provide technical leadership for the new billing initiative, setting architecture and direction.
•Design and build resilient full-stack systems across the Ruby on Rails monolith.

•Mentor other engineers and guide engineering decisions through collaboration and design reviews.

Salary: USD 205,000 - 235,000 annually

•Commitment to reliability and correctness for financial workflows, with clean, maintainable code supported by testing and observability.
•Experience leading technical initiatives—guiding architectural decisions and raising engineering quality through design reviews and mentorship.
