Key Responsibilities

  • •Support completion of the audit plan by contributing to risk-based audit area identification and analyzing audit results.
  • •Develop proposals based on findings and support preparation of closing meetings.
  • •Maintain the audit system and documentation and support audit report writing while complying with audit policies and standards.
  • •Support improvements to workflows, processes, security standards, and documentation requirements.
  • •Verify that suggested measures were implemented through follow-up and manage relationships with auditees, including challenging situations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in internal/external audit, ideally with finance-related functions and/or insurance, risk management, or similar backgrounds.
  • •A university degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or an equivalent field.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and listen to auditees from different perspectives.
  • •Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive, committed working style in a global environment.
  • •Excellent command of English and German (verbal and written).
