Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of roles for your hiring manager, from sourcing to close.
  • •Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape role specs, success profiles, and hiring targets.
  • •Define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate closing.
  • •Elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and ensuring consistency in evaluation.
  • •Craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns to engage top-tier talent with authentic messaging.
