Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for active customers, providing real-time support and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
•Help customers navigate workflows, answer product questions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of GovWell.
•Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer usage, including workflow optimization, feature adoption, and process improvements.
•Build strong relationships with municipal stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in their ongoing success.
•Surface recurring issues, product gaps, and customer needs, and translate them into actionable feedback for product and engineering.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or a similarly client-facing role involving complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

•Clear and effective communicator, especially when explaining complex concepts to non-technical users.
•Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
