Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and scale the experimentation roadmap, defining learning agenda, decision questions, hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and power thresholds.
  • •Define and lead engagement measurement by measuring media’s effect on subscriber engagement and retention, including variance reduction for continuous outcomes.
  • •Own always-on holdout programs across Performance and Device media, including persistent engagement holdouts.
  • •Collaborate with media partners by directing conversion-lift (CLS) programs and clean room usage for exposure mapping and lift measurement standards.
  • •Manage experimentation calibration for MMM and MTA and lead experimentation vendor relationships, delivering decision-grade results to the business.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in media measurement and analytics, including people management and building/developing teams.
  • •5+ years designing experiments and applying causal inference for media (e.g., structured testing, geo experiments, difference-in-differences, platform holdouts).
  • •Strong foundation across the measurement triangle of MMM, MTA, and experimentation, with ability to reconcile and calibrate and translate results into business decisions.
  • •Fluent in SQL and Excel, and proficient in at least one of R or Python for data analysis.
  • •Experience presenting insights to executive audiences and creating governance/process while answering difficult questions under pressure.
