Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from site work, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project development and construction.
  • •Apply advanced mechanical engineering techniques across project phases from concept development through final design, procurement, construction, and operation.
  • •Perform engineering research, inspections, and investigations to verify conformance with applicable codes, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop construction/installation plans, specifications, phasing plans, and cost estimates, coordinating with owners and other disciplines.
  • •Coordinate, review, and approve installation design plans and provide technical assistance on mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, hydronics, plumbing) while interacting with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design with independent judgment and code knowledge.
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • •Strong mechanical engineering principles and experience applying design/build methods to project work.
  • •Ability to plan and conduct inspections/investigations and perform technical computations and engineering calculations.
