Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the APAC region Payroll Product Management team, defining and delivering world-class payroll solutions for customers across APAC.
  • •Own the full product lifecycle, from market discovery and requirements definition through execution and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with Development and Quality Assurance and regional go-to-market teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that are reliable, secure, and easy to use.
  • •Collate relevant data and customer feedback with stakeholders to prioritize and continuously enhance payroll offerings.
  • •Guide and develop product managers responsible for multiple APAC country payrolls and champion the APAC perspective in global product forums.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience leading and developing product management teams or domain-related teams.
  • •10+ years experience in product management or domain-related experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Computer Science, or related); Master’s preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Proven ability to manage challenging customer conversations while building trust-based relationships.
  • •Strong decision-making and ability to manage multiple high priorities while aligning product strategy with business objectives.
