Key Responsibilities

  • •Publish daily, weekly, and monthly AFC reports to RTA and Keolis-MHI Dubai Metro Management.
  • •Monitor network status, connections, disk space, AFC packages, and functionality across Level 3 servers, workstations, and AFC equipment.
  • •Perform proactive health checks, system administration, and preventive maintenance for PTAs per schedule.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment and servers by taking traces, rebooting, and coordinating with fault monitoring and maintenance teams; log issues in Maximo and follow up.
  • •Support backups and file restoration, upload latest equipment operating data from Level 4 to AFC equipment, and administer operator access control; participate in rotating shift operations and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience in AFC system operations and support.
  • •In-depth understanding of AFC systems and working knowledge of AFC system reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience with VMware, SQL Server, Oracle, Qlik Reporting tool, and Windows administration.
  • •Knowledge of statistical and numerical analysis techniques and relational database administration (preferably SQL Server).
  • •Working knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and Domain Controller; plus basic knowledge of Linux and networking.
