Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain development initiatives that drive Heinz innovation, capacity, growth, cost savings, and supply continuity. Own technical and readiness efforts to support commercialization, including project scoping, launch support for NPDs, risk communications, and capacity and E2E loss analysis. Develop capital business cases with finance, manage financial targets and projects, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a 5-year strategic capacity plan and measurable COGS impact.

•Lead technical and supply chain readiness for commercialization, supporting manufacturing start-ups and launch readiness.
•Scope manufacturing cost improvement initiatives and provide timely updates to senior leaders.
•Develop capital business cases with finance and project teams, and assess impacts across the supply chain (COGS, route to market, utilization, inventory, efficiency, quality, safety).
•Partner with cross-functional teams and govern stakeholder forums to develop a 5-year strategic capacity plan and manage commercialization pipeline requests.

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles.
•Minimum 1 year of Plant Manufacturing experience (preferred).
