  • •Deliver end-to-end execution of innovation, capacity, growth, cost savings, and supply continuity projects.
  • •Lead technical and supply chain readiness for commercialization, supporting manufacturing start-ups and launch readiness.
  • •Scope manufacturing cost improvement initiatives and provide timely updates to senior leaders.
  • •Develop capital business cases with finance and project teams, and assess impacts across the supply chain (COGS, route to market, utilization, inventory, efficiency, quality, safety).
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and govern stakeholder forums to develop a 5-year strategic capacity plan and manage commercialization pipeline requests.

  • •Minimum 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain development, or HQ business team experience.

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles.
