Join Cisco Silicon One as a Hardware Lab Engineer to enable and support the full lifecycle of silicon and hardware development. Own and optimize the hardware lab operations for ASIC bring-up, EVB development, validation, and system debugging, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for milestones and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage day-to-day operation of the hardware lab supporting ASIC bring-up, EVB development, validation, and system debug.
•Ensure lab readiness for critical milestones such as silicon power-on, bring-up, qualification, and customer enablement.
•Provide hands-on technical support in the lab for EVB bring-up, debug, failure analysis
•Manage lab infrastructure, equipment, and resources including scopes, analyzers, power supplies, sockets, pogo pins, handlers, and automation tools.
•Coordinate lab usage and priorities across multiple projects and global teams

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,500 - 219,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in hardware labs, silicon validation, EVB bring-up, or system-level debug.
•Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, thermal tools).
•Experience supporting ASIC or SoC bring-up and validation.
•Experience with sockets, pogo pins, packages, and mechanical constraints.
•Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration in hardware lab environments
