Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with national narcotics regulations for the III-N group, including lawful distribution protections against theft or unauthorized access.
  • •Supervise end-to-end procedures for acceptance, storage, issuance, withdrawal, redistribution, disposal, and transportation of narcotics (III-N group).
  • •Document and investigate deviations from established procedures and implement corrective and preventive actions to remove exemptions and prevent recurrence.
  • •Provide required reporting to Health Authorities on narcotics III-N volume of trade on monthly and yearly bases.
  • •Act/represent the entity for authorizations and inspections related to intra-Community acquisition and narcotics handling, including training participation and access to systems for urgent withdrawal actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in pharmaceutical education.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience working in Pharmacy and/or Wholesale Distribution for narcotics (III-N group).
  • •Experience developing and maintaining a robust QMS in a healthcare, hygiene, pharmaceutical, or medical-device related industry.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory, GMP, and GDP requirements for medicines and narcotics (e.g., EU GMP/GDP, WHO, PIC/S, CFR 21 Part 210/211) and risk-based product safety/quality/compliance assessment.
  • •Fluent Polish and communicative English (minimum B2).
