Provide customer care for daily banking transactions by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and referring customers to the right business partners for products and services. Manage confidentiality and conduct in line with bank policies while operating within the bank’s risk appetite. Perform daily financial-center duties, maintain balancing records, monitor referral tools/dashboards, and continually improve knowledge through training. Travel to various financial centers within the market is expected.
