Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain GMP, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), and Quality standards at all times.
  • •Operate processing equipment by preparing media, transferring, monitoring fermentation, and performing harvesting and freezing cultures.
  • •Report process deviations or process delays to the Production Supervisor.
  • •Perform shift work and weekend work as required to meet production demand.
  • •Ensure Food Safety, HACCP, and related quality requirements are followed per company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years’ experience in a Food Manufacturing or related field.
  • •Familiarity with MANUFEX and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, and repetitive actions.
  • •Understanding of HMI and PLCs.
  • •Boiler operator experience and intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
