Support environmental readiness via thermal vacuum, vibration, and EMI/EMC testing, and analyze results to confirm RF systems meet specified requirements while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the assembly and integration of RF subsystems and components into the spacecraft.
•Ensure proper installation, wiring, and connectivity of RF hardware per design specifications.
•Develop RF test plans and procedures for systems and components.
•Conduct comprehensive RF testing to verify performance metrics (sensitivity, SNR, frequency response).
•Troubleshoot and resolve RF hardware issues and prepare for environmental testing, including thermal vacuum, vibration, and EMI/EMC.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years of experience in RF subsystem testing and integration.
•Proven experience integrating RF systems, performing simulations, and analyzing performance.
•Experience with payload RF systems, transceiver, and amplifier design.
•Experience with RF testing tools such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, and an RF chamber.
