Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with vendors and the Procurement team to test and qualify packaging designs to expand the packaging supply chain.
  • •Coordinate packaging testing with an external lab and the HF US lab, and plan and execute testing at the Packaging Laboratory in Mississauga (2 days/week).
  • •Manage packaging lab upkeep, including equipment calibration, maintenance, and thermodynamic testing for cold-chain packaging systems.
  • •Test and modify packaging components to meet functional parameters, cost targets, fulfillment, and shipping requirements; oversee technical specification documentation.
  • •Redevelop and maintain the ice matrix and upsizing logic, communicate test reports, and support packaging solutions for new product launches and category expansion.

Key Requirements
