Project Coordinator

Coordinate restoration and construction projects for water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers while managing schedules, communication, and project documentation. Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; prepare budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and meeting materials. Support document compliance, risk issue resolution, and project manager updates, with travel to job sites as needed.
